For my first post I want to start off by showing some of my previous work from the last year that has lead to the current work I am producing. 

This piece was the starting point for my current work, it is window and oil paint on a glass window panel. The image is one of my first mechanical human hybrid creations.

 

This is the same figure that I redid as an etching. The next couple of works were a continuation of my paintings on glass.

I also redid this image as a print.  

 

The next three prints were part of a small series of mechanical self portraits. 

After the self portrait series I decided to move away from portraits and instead image a space where these hybrids are created. My idea was to create a robot hybrid factory.  The first image is watercolor on paper and the second is a lithograph. 

As companion pieces to the two previous works I created two blue print paintings on paper to explore the structure and working parts of machines in the factory.
